JOB SUMMARY
Our Member Management team needs an assistant to join our team in serving our members while they travel. The successful candidate will understand the value of results-driven customer service and be responsible for supporting the Membership Management team in processing and other general business needs. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The core duties and responsibilities of a Member Management Assistant revolve around supporting other team members; managing memberships, check deposits, processing applications, expense reports, and other duties as deemed necessary for general business needs. Job duties can vary based on company needs. Capable of multi-tasking between answering phonelines. Proficient with incoming amp; outgoing email correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The new hire needs to be an organized team player, attentive and compassionate to Member needs, and have strong and ethical follow-through. Must be versatile in communication style to work with Members, Reps, and corporate events personnel using proper grammar.
Technical applications include Windows, Access, Office Suite (Excel, Publisher, PPT, Word), Outlook and general technical knowledge. Ability to use a multipurpose printer/scanner.
Strong organizational skills desired. Must be able to organize both paper and electronic files, correspond with Members and Reps, and prepare light reports. May serve as an initial point of contact. Must be able to plan, prioritize and to set and achieve goals.
The Member Management Assistant must exhibit many varied skills and qualifications. At the core, the Administrative Assistant is a support position, meaning that communications and decision-making are paramount. Here are a few specific skills:
Decision Making – Have the ability to make independent decisions daily and address the best way to handle specific tasks.
Communication amp; Collaboration – Collaborate with other team members, support staff, management, Members and Reps on a regular basis.
Organizational Skills – Be able to organize, prioritize core project elements. Must show initiative, stay organized and determine which tasks need to take priority.
Clear Writing Skills – Spelling, grammar, punctuation, basic math and writing are essential skills to have. Writing skills range from creative to professional and more.

Salary: Based on Experience - starting at $38K

Hours: 38 hours per week
7:30am – 4pm Monday Thru Thursday.
8-2pm Friday
No weekends
