Job Title: Member Relationship Coordinator
Department: Business Development & Member Services
Reports To: Director of Business Development & Member Services
FLSA Status: Full Time Non-Exempt
Position Summary: **** The Member Relationship Coordinator will be organized and member-focused to support and enhance our engagement with members. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with members, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the delivery of member benefits and services.
The Member Relations Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate membership records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting membership retention initiatives. This individual supports the Business Development & Member Services Team through administrative and operational responsibilities. This team-oriented position requires strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented approach to managing membership data, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
**Must be able to travel (up to 25%). The job is currently a hybrid of remote an in-office work.
