    Job Title: Member Relationship Coordinator

    Department: Business Development & Member Services

    Reports To: Director of Business Development & Member Services

    FLSA Status: Full Time Non-Exempt

    Position Summary: **** The Member Relationship Coordinator will be organized and member-focused to support and enhance our engagement with members. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with members, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the delivery of member benefits and services.

    The Member Relations Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate membership records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting membership retention initiatives. This individual supports the Business Development & Member Services Team through administrative and operational responsibilities. This team-oriented position requires strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented approach to managing membership data, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with members.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Data entry and record maintenance
    • Assists with inbound customer calls regarding membership, products, service questions, and general customer inquiries, including those from members and Roundtable officers
    • Provide operational and project support to the Business Development & Membership Team, at the direction of the Director
    • Track and report fulfillment and delivery of member benefits, including those included in corporate membership packages
    • Create purchase orders, work with accounting for invoicing to customers, and process payments accordingly
    • Provide additional administrative support to the department
    • Maintain member accounts
    • Coordinate lead generation campaigns, organize information, and schedule appointments
    • Maintain the current list/logos of Corporate Member Companies for website

    **Must be able to travel (up to 25%). The job is currently a hybrid of remote an in-office work.

    ** Education/Experience**:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communication, or a related field
    • 1-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, membership management, or related role

    Language Ability:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills

    Math Ability:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving member concerns
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to track and analyze large amounts of data

    Reasoning Ability:

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments
    • Willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

    Computer Skills:

    • Solid experience with CRM software (particularly with Salesforce) and MS Office
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
