    As a Member Service Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, assisting with inquiries, membership management, and providing excellent customer service. Your friendly approach and organizational skills will help enhance member satisfaction and engagement.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via email, phone, or chat.

    Assist members with account management, renewals, and updates.

    Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and services.

    Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.

    Support the onboarding of new members and facilitate membership processes.

    Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

    Follow up with members to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

    Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications.

    Qualifications:

     

    Proven experience in customer service, member services, or related roles preferred.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency with customer management software and MS Office.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple member interactions remotely.

    Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
