Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing a warm welcome and professional support.
- Assist members with account-related inquiries, including balances, transactions, and general account information.
- Resolve member issues and concerns efficiently and accurately, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Educate members about our products and services, helping them to understand and maximize their benefits.
- Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions in our operating system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive member experience.
- Stay informed of current promotions, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with training new staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
