    - Promote and explain available products and services to members, identifying opportunities to increase member engagement.
    - Resolve member issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
    - Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions in our database.
    - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on company policies, procedures, and offerings.
    - Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
    - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred.
    - Previous experience in customer service or financial services is an asset.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members.
    - Proficient in using computers and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
    - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
