Join Our Team as a Teller / Member Service Representative!
Do you love helping people and making every interaction a positive experience? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to be the welcoming face of our credit union. In this role, you’ll do more than process transactions—you’ll build relationships, solve problems, and play an important part in our members’ financial journeys.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for members, delivering outstanding service in person and over the phone.
Rotate between the teller line, reception desk, and member service areas—keeping each day dynamic while giving you the chance to cross-train and grow.
Assist members with transactions, account questions, and banking solutions in a courteous, professional manner.
Support daily branch operations while fostering a positive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in banking is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
