About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs as a Member Service Representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our club, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for all members.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

Handle membership inquiries and provide information about club services and promotions.

Process new member sign-ups and renewals efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and member areas.

Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.

Support club events and promotions to enhance member engagement.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with basic computer skills and membership management software.

Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and health.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Team player with a commitment to exceptional service.
