    About Us LM Federal Credit Union (LMFCU) in Middle River Maryland is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Member Service Supervisor.

    LMFCU was organized in 1949 and serves the employees of Lockheed Martin, Middle River Aircraft Systems, ST Engineering and other Employment Groups from our single location in Middle River. We have 11 employees and serve 3,700 members.

    Position Summary As the Member Service Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily operations of the branch run smoothly. You will oversee and support a team of Member Service Representatives (MSRs), helping them provide outstanding service, resolve member issues, and meet performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong people skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in financial services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise, coach, and support a team of MSRs in all aspects of member service delivery.

    Help ensure adherence to credit union policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

    Assist members with complex transactions and escalated concerns in a professional and timely manner.

    Monitor daily operations, including cash handling, balancing, and transaction accuracy.

    Provide training and mentoring to new and existing staff.

    Lead by example in delivering exceptional member service and promoting credit union products and services.

    Collaborate with other departments and management to improve processes and service delivery.

    Generate reports and provide insights to support Credit Union performance.

    Help with various Accounting tasks

    Handle Member fraudulent Debit Card transactions.

    Act as Back Up to Operations and New Account Specialist

    Prepare Monthly Employee Schedule

    Occasionally handle Member cash transactions

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Credit Union or Banking environment.

    Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role strongly preferred.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Proficiency in MS Office and banking software systems.

    Hours

    Monday-Wednesday: 8:45am-5:15pm

    Thursday-Friday: 8:45am-6:15pm
