Job Summary

We are seeking a Member Service/Teller Representative to join our team! As a MSR/Teller on the team, you will be responsible for assisting everyday members with their banking needs, which can include making deposits, withdrawals providing members with account information. You will also answer questions about the credit union and services provided, offer solutions to members facing issues with their accounts, and offer exceptional member service. The ideal candidate has exceptional member service skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet members and ascertain what their needs are

Assist members with everyday banking needs

Follow all cash handling procedures and policies

Answer questions about banking options and products available to members

Open/ and close member products and accounts

Provide exceptional customer service and support both inside and outside the organization

Qualifications

Previous experience in a financial setting desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills
