    Reports directly to Operations Manager. Responsible for overseeing all Member Services at main branch. Assist Member Service staff with duties where necessary. Investigate and resolve member questions and/or complaints. Accountable for member/staff satisfaction, retention, and growth by assuring outstanding member service is delivered. Manage teller coverage and member flow at the APM branch to ensure proficient member service. Monitor all AML logs at the branch on a regular basis and report findings to Compliance Officer. Assist with the implementation of policies and explaining these to Member Service staff and members. Work directly with the Supervisory Committee when they come in for surprise auditing. Maintain working knowledge of all products and services offered by the credit union and corresponding policies and procedures. Supervise operational responsibilities that include the vault cash, recycler cash, ATM, maintaining teller difference records, completing surprise cash counts, completing audits and other operational control measures. Act as a backup for Head Tellers. Supervise and coordinate with Head Teller the activities of the tellers in their daily duties. Handle large amounts of cash in an organized, timely and efficient manner. Monitor, identify and work with management to improve performance concerns Receive levies and forward to Member Solutions Specialist. Receive deceased account information and forward to Member Solutions Specialist. Work directly on the following: · SARs

    · Oversee all CTR and batch uploads of all CTRs daily.

    · Monitor inactive Home Banking, Online bill pay, debit cards

    · Employee annual evaluations and warnings.

    · Branch money order log.

    · Branch large check log.

    · Branch staff time and attendance

    · Monthly meeting on updates for staff

    · Create teller schedule for the branch. Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
