    Job Summary

    United Defense Tactical is seeking a proactive, customer-first leader to serve as our Member Services Team Member. This role is more than just a front desk position—it’s a pivotal leadership post in our mission-driven operation. You will be responsible for managing member interactions with professionalism and warmth while in a high-functioning front desk team that reflects our world-class standards.

    The ideal candidate brings natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. You’ll take ownership of the front-end experience, act as the communication hub for members and internal teams, and ensure all member-facing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the face of United Defense Tactical, delivering a consistently exceptional and empowered member experience.

    Maintain front desk operations with discipline, precision, and cleanliness—aligned with UDT’s core value of world-class execution.

    Manage incoming inquiries and resolve member concerns with professionalism, follow-through, and urgency.

    Handle member check-ins, class registrations, payments, and account updates with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Track and analyze member feedback to drive service improvements.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with instructors, operations, and sales to ensure smooth execution of services.

    Serve as a culture carrier—energizing the environment, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping the team accountable.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

    2+ years in a customer-facing role

    Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and hold others accountable to high standards.

    High emotional intelligence with natural people skills.

    Tech-savvy and highly organized—comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft/Google platforms.

    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

    A calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

    Military, fitness, or tactical training environment experience is a plus. (not required)
