Member Service Representative

Reports to: General Manager

If you’re a people person who likes to stay busy, have fun at work, and make someone’s day a little better, you might fit right in at Crunch. We’re looking for a Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team at Crunch Fitness Shaw. You’ll be one of the first people our members see when they walk through the door, so your energy, attitude, and ability to connect with people matter.

What You’ll Do

You’ll keep the front desk moving, but there’s a lot more to the job than checking people in. You’ll:

• Welcome members and guests and create a great first impression • Answer questions and help members navigate the club • Give guests a reason to want to join Crunch and help with membership sales • Share club events, promotions, classes, and services • Assist with retail sales, payments, scheduling, and member services • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming • Work alongside the management team and your coworkers to keep the club running smoothly • Help with opening and closing duties when scheduled

Who You Are

You’re friendly, dependable, comfortable talking to all kinds of people, and able to keep your cool when things get busy. You’re comfortable with computers and learning new systems, communicate well, and understand that great customer service starts with simply being present and engaged.
