    What You’ll Do

    Drive membership sales as your top priority through engaging conversations and solution-based selling

    Build strong relationships with prospects to connect them with the right membership or service package

    Promote and upsell retail products, training add-ons, and special offers to maximize value for members

    Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits and turn visits into new memberships

    Consistently hit and exceed personal and team sales targets—and celebrate the wins

    Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately while keeping the front desk professional and welcoming

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility

    Support management with sales initiatives, promotions, and daily operations
