Member Services Representative - Opener
Job Summary
The Member Services Representative - Opener 4:30AM - 12:30PM will be responsible for creating a positive, start the day member experience through customer service excellence direct toward valued members, prospects, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Handle all front desk related activities including, but not limited to:
Daily Open - Brand Excellence
Answer phones with candor and cordiality.
Assist with a variety of questions.
Warmly greet and direct new and existing members, guests, and prospects
Eager to engage new member enrollment
Tours
Member account maintenance
Increase knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to answer questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner and/or alert Assistant Manager or Club Manager, as needed.
Assure club cleanliness and order.
Qualifications/Requirements
Customer service and/or fitness experience preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for people, fitness, and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude!
Punctuality and reliability is mandatory.
Exceptional customer service skills
Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
Exceeds member expectations.
Strong listener. Ability to empathize and problem solve.
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
Use appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
Continual standing, walking, and often speaking during shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (lbs.) on occasion.
Materials Safety; proper use and personal protection equipment.
