Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is the first point of contact for members and guests at the academy. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment that reflects the values of discipline, integrity, and community. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to supporting Members and guests throughout their training journey.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with professionalism and respect
Manage daily check-ins and assist with student accounts and attendance
Answer phones, emails, and inquiries about programs, schedules, and events
Support enrollment, trial classes, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations
Process payments, merchandise, and gear sales
Communicate franchise policies clearly and respectfully
Address concerns or questions in a calm, solution-focused manner
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Support instructors and leadership with administrative tasks and scheduling
Help create a positive, safe, and family-friendly training environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication skills with adults and guests
Comfortable using computer systems, POS, CRM and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy academy setting
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
Preferred Skills
Experience in front desk and operations
Sales or enrollment support experience
Familiarity with membership-based businesses
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage, organize, and process paperwork
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move equipment or merchandise up to [25–40] lbs.
Availability to work evenings and weekends (peak class times)
