Join Our Team – Member Services & Operations Assistant

Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome! The Little Gym of Olympia is looking for a Member Services & Operations Assistant to provide outstanding communication and support to our members in person, via phone, text, and email. This entry-level, part-time role is based at our busy reception desk, making you one of the “faces and voices” of our gym. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, enrolling new members, and assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, supply orders, and event coordination.

What We Expect From You:

✅ Learn and communicate The Little Gym’s philosophy and programs ✅ Provide superior customer service and create “Wow” moments for members ✅ Handle sales calls, texts, and emails, responding to inquiries and enrolling new members ✅ Maintain accurate records, process payments, and update databases ✅ Interact with children and parents, give announcements, and build relationships ✅ Support the Leadership Team with administrative tasks as needed

Schedule:

15-20 hours per week, with potential weekday training to start
