Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities: • Warm Welcomes: Greet every member and visitor with a radiant smile and a friendly demeanor. • Communication Wizardry: Utilize your outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with members and address their needs. • Tech Savvy: Manage basic computer tasks with ease, keeping member information updated and processing transactions smoothly. • Membership Magic: Drive membership growth by expertly navigating our sales system to enroll new members. • Service Superstar: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all members feel valued, supported, and satisfied. Qualifications: • You have a natural flair for personable and positive interactions. • You possess basic computer skills and can handle administrative tasks efficiently. • Your communication skills are top-notch—clear, effective, and friendly. • You’re process-oriented. Following SBG’s Standard Operating Procedures leads to consistent positive outcomes for our members. • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not a necessity. Compensation: $15 - $30 hourly
