We are an innovative model designed to propel our clients to world class services. MSS is a shared service created by mid-size credit unions to provide the same kind of scale capabilities as large multi-billion-dollar financial institution.
Reporting to a member of our leadership team, the HR Operational Administrator you will handle payroll, benefits, and coordinate state and federal leaves.
The company is located in Cranbury, NJ. The company intends to have a blend of onsite and remote presence for the foreseeable future.
The Job:
Our team needs an HR professional that likes getting into the details of applicable state and federal laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. The Human Resources Operational Administrator performs all aspects of payroll, benefits, and coordination of state and federal leaves. The Administrator will be responsible for processing and maintaining information for a variety of personnel and payroll related activities to ensure that transactions are completed and recorded on a timely and accurate basis. Additional responsibilities include procedures to initiate benefits such as disability, pension, medical, and life insurance.
