Position Overview:
Masterworks is looking for a Membership Coordinator responsible for meeting with current investors by phone, igniting their interest in Masterworks, and guiding them to the next step of the investment process. We are seeking a passionate individual to assist users in answering high-level questions about art as an asset class and help convert website users to active investors.
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales, has the drive to excel in a start-up/fintech environment, and has experience going above and beyond for their customers. We would love a candidate with an interest in art, but certainly not required. Our ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
