Complete HOTWORX® Certification and yearly refresher.

Attend regional seminars, shadow training, and the annual convention.
Stay certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Subscribe to and promote the HOTWORX® blog and complete webinars.
Basic Duties:
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Maintain professional appearance per policies.
Learn and train others on SAIL POS.
Aim for 5-star reviews; handle negative feedback positively.
Promote off-site events.
Employee Management:
Recruit staff and support interviews.
Prepare daily checklists for operations.
Train staff per HOTWORX® standards.
Maintain staff schedules and track training.
Meet and document sales goals.
Motivate staff with new ideas.
Studio Equipment & Products:
Keep the studio clean and sanitized.
Handle maintenance and report issues.
Ensure heaters and equipment are operational.
Manage inventory and display products.
Count inventory monthly.
Sales Management:
Meet prospecting targets (30 names, five guest passes).
Track lead flow and adjust social media strategies.
Encourage social media engagement.
Review prospecting logs daily.
