    Objective

    To ensure HOTWORX® success through management, marketing, social media, sales, and customer service, while preserving the brand's integrity.

    Training & Certifications:

    • Complete HOTWORX® Certification and yearly refresher.

    • Complete and repeat all required HOTWORX® courses annually.

    • Attend regional seminars, shadow training, and the annual convention.

    • Stay certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.

    • Subscribe to and promote the HOTWORX® blog and complete webinars.

    Basic Duties:

    • Arrive 15 minutes early.

    • Maintain professional appearance per policies.

    • Learn and train others on SAIL POS.

    • Aim for 5-star reviews; handle negative feedback positively.

    • Promote off-site events.

    Employee Management:

    • Recruit staff and support interviews.

    • Prepare daily checklists for operations.

    • Train staff per HOTWORX® standards.

    • Maintain staff schedules and track training.

    • Meet and document sales goals.

    • Motivate staff with new ideas.

    Studio Equipment & Products:

    • Keep the studio clean and sanitized.

    • Handle maintenance and report issues.

    • Ensure heaters and equipment are operational.

    • Manage inventory and display products.

    • Count inventory monthly.

    Sales Management:

    • Meet prospecting targets (30 names, five guest passes).

    • Track lead flow and adjust social media strategies.

    • Encourage social media engagement.

    • Review prospecting logs daily.
