Is ready to manage a boutique studio independently

What we do:

Convert leads into first visits

Personalize the guest's sauna experience

Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm

Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas

Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Maintain clean facility and studio appearance

Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Contribute daily to studio metrics

Shift:

Opening shift, starts 6:35 am

6-8 hours per shift

Part -time; primarily solo shift

Must be available either Saturday or Sunday

Cross-training for closing shift is available for someone with more flexibility
