Sales Associate – Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness is looking for an energetic, outgoing and dependable Sales Associate to join our studio team.

This is a customer-facing sales and member experience position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, working toward goals and creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

Welcome members and guests with energy and professionalism

Answer phones, texts and inquiries from prospective members

Schedule and confirm introductory classes

Give studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options

Follow up with leads and first-time guests

Sell memberships and work toward individual and studio sales goals

Build relationships with current members and help with member questions

Participate in community outreach, local events and studio promotions

Assist with social media and in-studio events when needed

Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk and lobby

Work closely with coaches and management to create an outstanding member experience

Who We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with people

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Sales-minded and motivated by goals

Reliable, organized and able to follow through

Positive team player with a strong work ethic

Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Available for a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends

Previous sales, hospitality, retail or customer-service experience is preferred
