Job Summary

Work in a spa & wellness-focused environment and have the opportunity to learn a variety of new skills from hospitality, marketing, psychology, sales strategy, health/wellness to growing your experience in commonly used software like MindBody, Homebase, Woven, and Axle. Experience how your skills can directly impact a business. As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of the business. This role is focused on growing memberships, retaining currently members, and managing the studio independently. Be a part of a small team with big impacts!

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and writen communiation skills

Ability to engage comfortably with customers

Reliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistently

Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and benefits of sauna and red light therapy

Experience

1 year customer service/retail/hospitality

Sales experience is a plus
