At Stretch Zone, health is our top priority. As a Membership Sales Associate, your role is to inspire and support individuals in achieving their goals through our innovative membership model centered around practitioner-assisted stretching. We are excited to be opening our second Stretch Zone location in Irvine at the end of February. We opened our first location in Anaheim Hills this past October. We are looking to hire 3 people, part-time, 15-30 hours per week. We have morning shifts, late afternoon and weekend shifts. Once you apply we will invite you to complete a short video interview. What You'll Do:

Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets

Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns

Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement

What You'll Have:

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus

Comprehensive training provided

Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others

Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
