Member Sales Specialist – D1 Training North Shore (Glenview, IL)

Job Summary

We’re seeking a driven, enthusiastic Member Sales Specialist this a results-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Make daily outbound calls to new leads with speed-to-contact as a priority

💬 Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to closed membership

🗂 Ensure all client notes, touchpoints, and activity are logged and tracked accurately

🎯 Match prospects with the right D1 program based on their goals and needs

🤝 Build relationships with members and help drive retention and referrals

Qualifications

🔑 High-energy, enthusiastic personality with a passion for fitness

📈 1+ years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred)

🤝 1+ years in customer service with proven relationship-building skills

📞 Phone sales and/or appointment-setting experience (1+ years)

💡 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
