We're looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a Wellness Membership Advisor.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the smooth daily operations of our studio, booking appointments, checking clients out, answering multiple phone lines, upsell enhancements (like aromatherapy, hot stone, or cupping) to help clients personalize their experience & confidently explain and recommend our Wellness Membership Program in a no-pressure, client-first way.
We do not do a hard sell, there is no cost to join, we let folks cancel easily & let them share their membership with family/friends.
You do need to be comfortable selling, explaining the program in detail and overcoming objections because people are used to being trapped in unfair memberships.
We do our best to ensure a flawless guest experience. As a membership based business, most of our clients are "regulars" or are about to become members. If you are a people-person who enjoys getting to know others and helping them feel their best, this is a great position for you!

Sales Experience is Preferred: We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in this role—but if you’re eager to learn, have a great attitude, and are excited about joining an amazing team, we’re willing to train the right person. Passion, reliability, and a willingness to grow matter most to us!
At least 1 year of sales experience, involving upselling services or products, promoting enhancements, or selling memberships/subscription-based programs.
You should be confident recommending services, explaining their value, and helping clients commit to their wellness goals—always with their best interest in mind & be a team oriented thinker.
Must be able to occasionally work at both our Rockville Centre and Bellmore studios
MUST be comfortable working with technology.
Please have some evening/weekend availability. This position requires 15-20 hours weekly.
