Wellness Studio Associate (Sales, Service & Guest Experience) which is also our Membership Sales and Service Associate Role

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual who brings a strong work ethic and a positive, welcoming presence to the studio. In this role, you’ll help create a clean, elevated environment while supporting guests from start to finish—delivering excellent customer service and confidently introducing them to our memberships.
This position combines customer service, studio upkeep, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, connecting with people, and being part of a team that values consistency and high standards.
Our Membership Sales & Service Associates play an important role in shaping each guest’s experience and contributing to the overall success and growth of the studio.
Seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Candidates! Must have general availability, including weekends
Current Job Location Opportunity: 410 S Rampart Blvd Suite 175 Las Vegas NV 89145
Studio Hours: Monday – Friday (7am – 8pm), Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
Preferred Experience:
Sales - 1+ Year, Customer Service - 1+ Year
Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation:
Primary Responsibilities
Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere
Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Provide consistent, top-notch customer service
Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance
