Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner under Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking to hire an exceptional Physical Therapist to join the Upstream Family. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE IN AN OUTPATIENT ORTHOPEDIC SETTING, AND WILL ASSIST IN GROWING OUR SCS RESIDENCY IN OUR CINCINNATI BASED CLINICS. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current or pending OH licensure
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Drive to pursue personal and professional goals
• 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN OUTPATIENT ORTHOPEDICS 
• SCS CERTIFICATION PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Specialized evaluations and evidence based treatment based on each patients specific needs
• Engagement with patients, with clinical teammates and within your organization

Required Skills Required Experience

Knowledge, skills, qualification and educational and/or experience requirements:

• Minimum 5 years supervisory and 3 years management experience required.
• Ability to strategically design and implement effective work flow and staffing plans.
• Expertise in ASC billing, Medicare compliance and manage care contract reimbursement.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, ASC management, supervisors and CBO staff.
• Ability to provide a team oriented work environment.
