    THIS IS A PART-TIME SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SHOWBOAT BRANSON BELLE FOR 2022.

    THIS POSITION WILL BEGIN 03/08/2022 AND ENDS 12/31/2022.

    SUMMARY: Are you a seasoned server who is looking for a fun new opportunity? Hop aboard the Showboat Branson Belle, located in Branson, MO, and play an important role in America’s Most Entertaining Lake Adventure. You’ll bring delicious three-course meals to our guests as our paddle wheeler carries them along beautiful Table Rock Lake. With up to three cruises a day, each of them able to carry up to 700 passengers, think of how many guests you’ll have the chance to impress. Ready to join us?

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Interacts with guests in a manner which demonstrates a willingness to do “whatever it takes” to make their experience one worth repeating
    • Answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.  Listens to and responds appropriately to any guest request
    • Completes all opening/closing duties each cruise
    • Serves salads, main course and desserts, serves & refills drinks, and performs other services as determined by need which could include but not limited to cleaning, preforming the duties of a sever assistant, helping plate food, or doing a task asked of by leadership
    • Carries a serving tray weighing up to 50 pounds above shoulder level; ascends and descends stairs while balancing the tray
    • Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each cruise
    • Participates in rotation of serving areas as assigned by Leadership; must be flexible to work in any designated dining area
    • The Showboat cruises up to three times per day; servers may be required to work multiple cruises each day
    • Performs in a safety critical evacuation role in the case of an emergency; responsible for directing guests and ensuring they follow all safety precautions and instructions
    • Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards

    Required Skills Required Experience
