Job Description

Menapoly Digital LLC is hiring interns in the marketing field to expand their marketing expertise and work closely with the CEO of our marketing business. This will be an UNPAID INTERNSHIP that will result in credentials as well as a reference letter for future purposes and a network of professionals to connect with.

MARKETING INTERN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in the management of website SEO.
• Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
• Weekly team meetings and monthly company meetings.
• Create a portfolio of all the work assigned and completed.

Interns will be given a company discount account for their volunteer needs as well as a reference letter and credentials for your resume. We can also provide help with employment opportunities if there is an interest.

Qualifications

MARKETING INTERN QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently/remotely
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
• Basic photography, image, and graphic design skills

Additional Information

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent (preferred)
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and G Suite
• Previous experience with the use of Canva or illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus
