Mendix Developer

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Mendix applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in low-code development, a solid understanding of application lifecycle management, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and deploy applications using the Mendix Low-Code Platform.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design application architecture, data models, microflows, and integrations.

Build responsive UI/UX components using Mendix best practices.

Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and connectors.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of applications.

Maintain application documentation, workflows, and release notes.

Ensure adherence to Mendix development standards and coding best practices.

Work with cloud environments (Mendix Cloud, AWS, Azure) for deployment and performance monitoring.

Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and fixes for existing Mendix applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience in Mendix application development.

Strong expertise in microflows, domain modeling, UI development, and integrations.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.

Knowledge of SQL, data structures, and relational databases.

Good understanding of cloud deployment and containerization is a plus.

Mendix Rapid Developer / Advanced Developer Certification is preferred.
