    Job Description

    Keller Williams Capital Properties is looking for a Videographer and Photographer with strong editing abilities to support the organization with marketing and public relations strategies designed to increase internal and external engagement, recruiting efforts, and overall brand awareness and equity. The Videographer and Photographer will produce meaningful photo, film, and video projects for the organization, with focus on our agent entrepreneurs and our Mission, Vision, and Values.

    This role works under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, with high level direction from the Director of Corporate Marketing + Communications, to acquire still and video images for multimedia campaigns and promotional projects, communicating real estate-based business success and community impact themes. He/She will film or direct the shooting of video, multimedia presentations, photography, recording of audio, and selection of music for final products. We seek a creative and industrious thinker with the ability to wear different hats within production and post production but gravitates to the editing process to achieve communications objectives.

    The right team player will be responsible for photographic and video equipment, digital asset management procedures, related software programs, and providing computer graphics, digital imaging, post production, and documentation support. The successful candidate will also be required to determine processes and techniques, modifying to meet requirements as needed, for both short social media format and longer documentary/project/insight/corporate identity and story formats.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Review raw footage and prepare it for the editing process

    ·       Review and revise video as directed by producer

    ·       Edit high production videos with focus on cinematic, contemporary storytelling

    ·       Ensure editing/exporting of videos is completed on time

    ·       Follow brand guidance on editing style and content rating

    ·       Work with the Marketing Manager to establish project deliverables, edit schedules, and deadlines

    ·       Manage post-production workflow  

    ·       Organize raw footage for efficient editing workflow

    ·       Create engaging digital videos, animated video assets, GIFs, and cinemographs

    ·       Audio mixing, color correction, retouching, and VFX

    ·       Research, monitor, and be at the forefront of digital trends for potential creative content.

    ·       Keep current on all content released within the company.

    ·       Identify and address errors, redundancies, or topical issues within our content.

    ·       Maintain open and honest communication with all team members, raising concerns or flags as they arise (filming issues, content concerns, availability conflicts, approaching deadlines, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE:

    ·       2-3 years of experience required with active portfolio and proven work experience as photographer and video editor geared towards daily content creation.

    ·       Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or currently in pursuit of degree.

    ·       Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

    ·       A positive leader who exemplifies a passion for their work, always strives for improvement and instills those same feelings in the production team.

    ·       Able & willing to keep up with the demands of a fast-moving creative environment and adapt quickly to evolving processes and workflows

    ·       Knowledge of social platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Vimeo, etc.) and what variables can affect a video's performance

    ·       Strong awareness of YouTube & internet culture.

    ·       An intuition for creating compelling and entertaining content, with an ability to identify the ingredients that make successful videos.

    ·       Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

    ·       Proactive, independent, and maintains a tenacious work ethic.

    ·       Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met appropriately.
