Job Description
Mennenga Tax & Financial is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Qualified candidates will be organized, resourceful, and work well in a team. The essential functions of this position are to provide support to ensure efficient operation in the office. Prior knowledge of the investment industry is not required.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the advisors as needed
· Exercise good judgement in safeguarding confidential and time-sensitive material
· Strong computer skills – ability to operate within an electronic and paperless workflow
· Office upkeep; filing, updating client information
· Data entry
· Create financial reports for client appointments
