Job Summary

Capital Gymnastics is currently seeking a competitive team and recreational men's gymnastics coach. Individuals must be dedicated and enthusiastic with a desire to develop strong gymnastics technique while adhering to our core beliefs. Applicants must submit to a comprehensive background check and vetting process. Job duties to include but are not limited to: structuring and implementing training for competitive teams, determining competition schedule, maintaining communication with parents and athletes and working closely with entire staff. Salary is competitive and full-time benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification: USAG certification (Preferred)

Previous experience working as a teacher or in a fast-paced environment desired

Strong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coaching

The ability to lead in a positive, motivational way

Excellent communication skills
