    Your Role:

    Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    Deliver evidence-based, client-focused therapy

    Maintain timely and accurate documentation per company guidelines

    Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

    Use creative approaches tailored to each client’s needs and goals

    Coordinate care with families, schools, and healthcare providers as needed

    Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development

    Support our mission to make mental health care approachable and connected to the community

    Requirements:

    Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution

    Registered with the BBS as AMFT, APCC, or ASW

    Actively pursuing licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist)

    Experience writing treatment plans and clinical documentation

    Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries

    Comfort working with a diverse client population

    Familiarity with google suite and EHR systems (Valant is a plus)

    Fully licensed clinicians encouraged to apply—insurance credentialing is a bonus
