This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about clinician development and delivering exceptional mental health care. • Provide clinical supervision toward licensure for interns and provisionally licensed clinicians • Support the hiring, onboarding, orientation, and mentorship of new therapists • Deliver ongoing staff training and professional development opportunities • Develop training materials, recorded trainings, and educational resources • Provide constructive, timely, and supportive feedback to clinicians • Ensure high standards in clinical care delivery and documentation quality • Identify clinician strengths and create individualized growth opportunities • Assist with internship program development and community partnerships • Build relationships with referral sources and internship placement sites • Participate in team-building initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture Qualifications: Required • Active Pennsylvania license as one of the following: • LPC • LCSW • LMFT • Licensed Psychologist • Experience utilizing evidence-based clinical practices • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills • Ability to support and coach clinicians in a collaborative manner • Comfortable working with diverse populations Preferred • 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience • Prior supervisory or leadership experience • Experience working with LGBTQ+ and transgender clients (training available) • Interest in expanding clinical expertise through ongoing training and consultation Additional Requirements • Ability to work remotely for select administrative tasks up to one day per week • Access to a private workspace and secure Wi-Fi connection for remote work Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly + bonus eligible
