What You’ll Do
Community Outreach & Marketing
Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
Attend events to promote Ellie and increase awareness.
Represent Ellie with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Clinical Supervision
Review clinician charts monthly for quality and compliance.
Provide weekly or biweekly supervision depending on licensure level.
Monitor caseloads, staffing needs, and schedules.
Support clinicians through coaching and feedback.
Client Care
Maintain a small caseload using evidence-based practices.
Provide compassionate, timely communication to clients and partners.
Collaborate with families, schools, and providers for coordinated care.
Productivity & Documentation
Complete documentation within 2 business days.
Create treatment plans within 30 days; review every 90 days.
Maintain 12+ active clients and at least 10 billable hours weekly.
Ethics & Compliance
Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
Stay current on legal and regulatory updates.
Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and billing.
Professional Development
Lead staff training and support clinical growth.
Complete required trainings and licensure renewals.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
Independent NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPAT)
2+ years post- independent licensure experience
1+ year supervisory experience preferred
Must hold or obtain NM RLD supervisory designation
Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
Experience with children, adolescents, or adults
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and complete timely documentation
Proficient in EHR systems and general office technology
Must be credentialed with commercial and Medicaid insurance panels
Must pass a CYFD background check
