    Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Associate or Licensed Clinician (AMFT, APCC, ASW, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in an office-based, outpatient setting. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful change through evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, therapeutic practices.

    This position is a part-time, hourly position seeing approximately 25 clients per week in a private practice setting, participating in clinical supervision or consultation, and completion of clinical documentation. All scheduling of clients and billing is managed for you.

    Competitive pay based on experience and licensure:

    Registered Associate range: $42-$46 per hour

    Licensed range: $50-$54 per hour

    About the Position:

    The current openings are for licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or associates (ACSW, AMFT, APCC). Hope and Healing Family Therapy Center, Inc. seeks qualified clinicians who will work within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. With supervision and consultation, incumbents provide assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, and clinical interventions. Clinicians ensure that documentation and maintenance of clinical records is completed per appropriate standards and regulations and provide facilitation and support to enhance the efforts of youth and their families/caregivers in the design and implementation of evidence based treatment. This position works directly with children, teens and adults.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    · Graduation from an accredited college or university with master’s degree that meets State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements for licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

    License or Certification

    · Must submit proof of current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences at time of appointment and maintain active registration with the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). Incumbents must obtain California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) within 6 years of initial registration. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disciplinary action, up to and including, dismissal from employment.

    Special Requirements:

    · Successfully complete reference checks and background investigation to include Live Scan Fingerprinting if applicable;

    · Eligible for credentialing;

    · All providers are required to have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number prior to their first day of employment and maintain a valid NPI throughout the duration of their tenure in this role;

    · Must successfully complete all required agency training indicated for this position;
