    About the Position:

The current openings are for licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or associates (ACSW, AMFT. APCC) for a Housing and Supportive Services program that provides housing and supportive services for clients experiencing significant mental illness and who otherwise would be unhoused. Clinicians will support individuals and their families in need of comprehensive care to maintain their housing, stabilize behaviors and symptoms, improve social and emotional development, and reduce their risk of further deterioration. These services require a harm reduction model that includes a trauma informed, developmental, needs-based, strengths-based approach to wellness and recovery. A team of staff, led by a clinician, will target needs and identify a client driven plan to provide mental health services (assessment, psychiatric, individual or family therapy, skill building), linkage to community supports, educational services, vocational services, substance use, co-occurring services, housing support services and other non-traditional support services. The program goal is to assist tenants with maintaining their housing and assist with decreasing the use of acute psychiatric services, incarceration, justice and child welfare involvement, homelessness, co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues, education problems, and other risky behaviors. We are data driven and make real-time changes to better serve the population. If you are ready to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, this may be a perfect fit.
