    Mental Health Clinician - Intensive Clinical Group Living Environment (ICGLE) Location: Easthampton, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday 10a-6p Salary Range: $62,000 - $74,000

    Position Description: Under the direction of the Clinical Team Leader and Contract Director: conduct and provide clinical assessments and intervention; develop treatment plans; provide ongoing case management for assigned caseload; provide clinical direction and oversight to the outreach team and residences in relation to the provision of services in accordance with treatment plan objectives; and provide individual, family and group interventions. Promote a model of treatment informed by the principles of person-centered planning, Contextual Rehabilitation, trauma-informed and strengths-based service provision, and the belief in, and support for, resiliency, hope and recovery.

    General Responsibilities:

    In conjunction with the Clinical Team Leader and senior management, provide clinical leadership to the team and Group Living Environments (GLEs).

    Provide supervision to outreach and residential counselors as assigned.

    Provide ongoing, daily consultation to team and GLE staff as needed.

    Provide clinical support and direction to the assigned GLE.

    Provide co-supervision of designated House Manager with the Contract Director.

    Complete required paperwork within specified timeframes.

    Using a strengths-based, person-centered and trauma-informed approach, work with individuals to create a treatment plan.

    Work with participants in the community and Group Living Environments (GLEs) using clinical interventions founded in evidence-based practices. Meet with participants within required timeframes.

    Collaborate with other service providers and DMH staff to coordinate treatment and case management of program participants.

    Develop relationships with BHCP providers to provide ongoing coordination of care for shared participants.

    Provide support to and collaborate with participants' families and other natural supports (when a release of information is completed).

    Complete ongoing review of service note documentation to ensure the outreach team and GLEs are providing services consistent with the treatment plan.

    Other duties as assigned by senior management.

    Position Qualifications:

    Minimum of Master’s Degree in mental-health field with current, related licensure or status in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, LRC, LADC1.

    Maintains strict confidentiality of all organizational and client information and adheres to all applicable federal and state regulations in the performance of job duties.

    Prior supervisory experience preferred.

    Independent licensure or eligibility strongly preferred.

    Experience with people in mental health recovery.

    Familiarity with Recovery Model.

    Strong writing and computer skills.

    Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License for a minimum of 6 months with an acceptable driving record.
