Job Description

Harmonia Collaborative Care is hiring Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LMHC or LCSW) to provide outpatient behavioral health services. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a supportive team environment, manageable caseloads, and a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy

• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with NYS, OMH, and agency standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and care coordination teams

• Deliver services through both in-office and telehealth platforms

• Maintain ethical, client-centered, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Active New York State license: LMHC or LCSW

• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling preferred

• Strong documentation and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
