Inspira Counseling Center is a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice providing psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management throughout Massachusetts. As our organization continues to grow, we're expanding our in-person services and developing partnerships with hospitals, primary care providers, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Western Massachusetts.

We're looking for a compassionate clinician who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and older adults.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and older adults

Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning

Maintain timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with psychiatric providers and referring medical professionals

Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination

Help expand behavioral health services within nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and community partners

Qualifications

We welcome applications from:

LMHC

LICSW

LMFT

Licensed Psychologists

Master's-level clinicians who are license-eligible in Massachusetts

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with adults or older adults

Interest in geriatric behavioral health

Experience collaborating with medical providers

Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
