Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (40 hours)
• Respond to individuals in crisis to stabilize situations and reduce law enforcement involvement
• Proactively identify and engage high-risk clients to prevent relapse or hospitalization
• Coordinate care across individuals, families, and external agencies to meet client needs
• Conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses (DSM), and create individualized treatment plans
• Triage mental health emergencies and follow safety protocols
• Refer clients to appropriate services and community resources in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and community planning efforts

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, social work, or related field required
• Preferred experience in crisis, ER, or community-based services
• Must obtain Allied Health Privileges or RRMC employment status after hire
• Strong knowledge of psychopathology, crisis theory, and therapy techniques
• Preferred experience with crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and co-occurring disorders
• Ability to support clients and families in crisis and assist with care planning
• Willingness to provide in-home and community-based services
