High-quality, pre-vetted referrals provided. • Program development, community outreach, team leadership, research, supervision, and clinical content creation. • Retain clients, maintain caseload, and meet utilization goals through clinical excellence and proactive scheduling and calendar management. • Embrace a role focused on mastery, growth, and team contribution over minimal engagement. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Counseling or related field. • Active Texas license (full or provisional) as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. • Expertise in working with children and families. • Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credentials will be strongly considered. • Advanced, direct training in play therapy techniques. • Strong understanding of early childhood developmental psychology. • Desire to work as a member of a team; commitment to genuine connection and collaboration with colleagues.
