Job Summary We are seeking a full-time, licensed or permit holder Mental Health Counselor based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some flexibility in scheduling, allowing some work to be performed remotely to join our team! In this role, you will perform intake interviews to collect the information needed to complete psychological evaluations for persons who have been in motor-vehicle accidents.

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments for adults

Create individualized treatment plans for each patient

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide crisis intervention support as needed.

Must be able to work independently and be okay with traveling with minimal challenges as you will be responsible for multiple clinics.

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Fluent Spanish speaker required!

Master's degree in mental health counseling

Current and unrestricted mental health counselor license or be permit eligible immediately upon being hired

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
