    _ ** _ About the Role**

    We are seeking a licensed (or pre-licensed) Christ-centered therapist who specializes in:

    • Men's and adolescent mental health
    • Sexual addiction and recovery

    This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in St. Augustine, FL.

    What You Bring

    Required:

    • Active FL license: LMHC or LMFT (preferred) or Registered Intern pursuing LMHC
    • Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
    • Experienced and passionate about working with male adolescents, adult men, and couples
    • Training in advanced modalities, such as IFS, EMDR, BSP, EFT, SPT and/ or Gottman Method. Cornerstone will not hire counselors who are generalists.
    • Believe in Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.

    Your Commitment:

    • Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 11am–1pm ET)
    • Willingness to commit to at least two evening blocks or one evening and one Saturday block per week
    • Maintain a caseload of 20–24 clients/week (60% schedule utilization minimum)
    • Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
    • Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
