We are seeking a warm compassionate mental health therapist or psychologist for a W-2 full-time or part-time position in our group private practice. Clinicians MUST be fully licensed or provisionally licensed in Indiana, and located in Indiana. Our practice is well-established and has been operating since 2002. We have two locations in Bloomington; 24 therapists and 5 support staff. No evenings or weekends are required and no on-call. We have very little crisis care needed. We are insurance-based, serving clients through Indiana University and the community. All of our provisionally licensed associates have remained with the practice after full licensure, so associates have permanency with us if they choose. Compensation- $72,000 (masters)- $102,000 (doctoral) Responsibilities: • Provide therapy for a caseload of mostly individual clients, typically weekly or biweekly • Complete intake assessments as new clients are added to the caseload • Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and intakes in a timely manner (notes are due within 24 hours of service; intakes are due within 48 hours of service) • Follow all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (training available) • Computer proficiency for using the electronic health record, and email, and the ability to learn a work collaboration platform (we use Microsoft Teams) is required. Specific program training is provided • Willingness to participate in a culture of skills development and ongoing training Qualifications: • Fully licensed clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, PhD/PsD, LCSW) must have a current license in good standing in Indiana.
