Pathways Within - Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative is hiring full-time therapists for our Massapequa locations. Join a well-rounded, supportive team that will invest in growing you as a therapist! The position is a fee-for-service W-2 position for newly licensed or experienced therapists. We require in-person and telehealth sessions. Responsibilities: Maintain seeing a minimum of 25 sessions a week Maintain charts within the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with insurance standards Respond to current clients and follow up with new clients and inter-practice communications promptly Uphold and follow field code of ethics and conduct, standard policies, procedures, and confidentiality to ensure compliance with staff expectations, accrediting agencies, and insurance companies — and to protect the integrity of the field and the practice, both during and outside of work hours Attend at least 2 case conferences each month Attend 1:1 supervision monthly with assigned supervisor at the assigned time Continue professional development education through the practice's PESI Learning Library, other trainings provided by the practice, or trainings of interest taken at own discretion Participating in company events including lunch hour meetings, monthly events, and the holiday party Qualifications: Qualifications for the Job: Experience working with children, families, couples, teens, and adults Works well and participates in a team environment Enjoys collaboration with co-workers Has a thirst for knowledge and continued education Must be able to work evenings M - Th and possibly Sunday. Certification and Education Requirements: LMSW/ LCSW/MHC-LP/LMHC/MFT We are a w2 position and an approved site for obtaining clinical hours Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $40 - $43 hourly
