Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with patients to ensure they're getting the best care possible. Responsibilities: • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient • Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs • The clinician will be in charge of having their own liability insurance and a valid Board license, keeping up with all continuing education requirements. • Clinician sets their hours and completes session notes and additional documentation in an appropriate timeframe for billing purposes. Qualifications: • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting • Must have good time management skills in completing documentation in a timely manner, according to insurance and AZBBHE criteria. • Must hold a valid Arizona license: LISAC, LMFT, LAMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAC. • Independent-level license preferred. • Must have at least 1 year of post-graduate school experience with direct client contact, • Must be available to work at least 12 clinical hours per week. • Must be available at least 2 days a week for in-person sessions in Scottsdale, AZ. • Must have relevant experience in working with adults or children dealing with general mental health symptoms in a private practice or mental health agency setting. Compensation: $50 - $80 hourly
