    We are actively seeking a compassionate mental health therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) license. Responsibilities: • Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs • Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need • Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives • Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care • Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status • Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals. • Client-Centered Care: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach. • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth. • Measurement-based care: Use systematic and routine client assessment to provide evidenced-based practice • Ongoing Professional Development: Enhance learning opportunities, including continuing education, advanced certifications, and clinical supervision. Qualifications: • Licensure in the state you reside as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or the equivalent is required • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist • Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field. • Licensure: Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent. • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting. • Skills: Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care. • Cultural Competence: Ability and willingness to work with a diverse population. Preferred Qualifications:Specialized Certifications: CBT, EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, or similar. • BLS Certification • Ability to work in a supervisory capacity Compensation: $72,480 - $90,000 yearly
